Stamps Thelwell Announces Retirement
Posted by at 2:12 pmTen year CFL veteran, Ryan Thelwell has announced his retirement from football.
The 37 year old London, ON product, Thelwell has spent time in the CFL with the BC Lions and most recently Calgary Stampeders. He is currently pursuing an account manager position with a management group.
Thelwell had a very under-appreciated career, catching 441 passes for 6,728 yards and 39 touchdowns while winning two Grey Cups (06, 08).
