The surprise was the Ticats sending the big and fast Prechae Rodriguez, who was just two seasons removed from being named the CFL 2008 East Division Rookie of the Year. Arland Bruce 2011, is not the same Arland Bruce 2010. Bruce has struggled with inconsistency, drops and lack of production through the first two games of the season. Hamilton Tigercats head coach Marcel Bellefeuille squashed a supposed quarterback controversy after a Week One defeat in which an ineffective Glenn was yanked in the fourth quarter and replaced by Quinton Porter, who fared better, but slightly.
